The hotel was in a convenient location with easy access to public transport, making it ideal for exploring the city. The rooms were in good condition but had an outdated design. The rooms lacked some expected amenities, such as water in the fridge and a kettle, which was a bit disappointing. However, the availability of fresh towels and pillows for only two people was appreciated.
The hotel had nice and comfortable rooms, although they were the smallest and most expensive of our 12-day holiday. The cleanliness was good, but nothing extraordinary in the room, just average. The executive rooms were a bit of a letdown due to the very small table and the room being too hot to sleep comfortably, but the service was friendly and helpful. The location was convenient, especially with the free tram right outside the hotel. The dining experience was a bit disappointing considering the hotel's price. Overall, it had its ups and downs.
